Inside, you'll discover 3 cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them come with private bath areas for those extra-relaxing shower moments!), bright sunlit spaces that practically beg for selfies, and a spacious living room perfect for everything from movie marathons to endless conversations.
Step outside and the fun continues! Splash around in your private plunge pool, challenge your family to a friendly badminton or cricket match, stretch out on the lush lawn, or simply do... absolutely nothing. (We highly recommend that too.)

🏊 Plunge Pool Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
✔ Pool timings: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
✔ Pool size: 16 ft × 16 ft with a depth of 4 ft
✔ Maximum 8 people in the pool at a time
✔ No stag groups; only group bookings are permitted
✔ 🚫 No glassware, bottles, or sharp objects in or around the pool
✔ Please use only disposable cups and plates near the pool
✔ 🚭 Smoking, fireworks, candles, and open flames are strictly prohibited in the pool area
📋 Additional House Rules
✔ Early check-in and late check-out may be available at an additional charge.
✔ Base tariff includes up to 6 guests. Additional overnight guests are charged ₹1,000 per person, and additional visitors are charged ₹650 per person.
✔ 🔥 Bonfire can be arranged on request for ₹2,500 (up to 3 hours).
✔ 📸 Parties, events, and commercial photoshoots require prior approval from our team. Maintenance charges apply for outside vendors such as caterers, decorators, DJs, singers, and bartenders.
✔ 🍷 Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted. Liquor must be purchased within the same state. Larger quantities require a valid liquor permit.
✔ No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night or unregistered visitors, or hookah. All guests must submit government approved ids - failure to do so will result in us not allowing their entry.
✔Manual rates are provided as a default or fallback reference, not a fixed rule. Management-approved or live quotes always take precedence.
Weapons Policy
Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle.
