For over 45 years, this heritage villa has been lovingly cared for by three sisters, a precious legacy gifted to them by their late mother. What was once a family sanctuary has been preserved with warmth, grace, and deep respect for tradition.

Tariff Inclusions: Base tariff includes a stay of up to 2 pax, for bookings of two guests, one bedroom will be provided. Bookings for more than two guests will include access to the second bedroom as well. Additionally, we can add 2 more additional beds in the rooms at an additional cost of 1500 per person.
This listing includes access to two private bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa, along with full use of the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas.
Note - The property is located in a lively area of Varanasi. To ensure a more comfortable stay and minimise street noise, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may wish to keep this in mind.

The villa is located in a lively area of Varanasi, offering an authentic local experience. As with most central areas of the city, occasional street sounds may be present. Guests who prefer a quieter environment may keep doors and windows closed for a more comfortable stay.

To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone:
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Non-vegetarian food is not allowed inside the villa
• Loud music and parties are not permitted
• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• Pets are welcome
✔ Power backup
Power fluctuations may occasionally occur in Varanasi. The villa is equipped with inverter backup to support fans and lights for approximately 4–6 hours, depending on usage.
Weapons Policy
Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle.

Detailed House Rules:
✔ Ids are required for all guests at check-in. International guests are required to provide their passports and visa copies. Domestic guests are required to provide their Aadhaar Card.
✔ No illegal activity of any kind, including but not limited to: narcotics, gambling, late-night visitors, etc.
✔ Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please check out on time. Late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges.
✔ strict policy of no smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
✔ The property has a strict no-party policy. Playing loud music is not allowed at any time. It can be played indoors at a low to medium volume.
✔ Please do not leave children unattended on the terrace and balconies.
✔ Please use the kitchen with caution.
✔ Use only induction-compatible cookware with the induction plate.
✔ Handle sharp objects such as knives and hot items with care.
✔ Please do not drink tap water.
✔ RO filter drinking water available in the house (in the kitchen).
Please take care not to cause any damage to the property and property items. The cost of any damages will be borne by the guest.
A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- is collected on check-in.
